How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (spring and summer)

How long does one item take?

Most stitching take 3–8 minutes depending on size and intricacy.

Can you match our event's branding and colors?

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of thread colors and can style our station to complement your event's aesthetic. Clients can also add logo elements to embroidered items.

How much does a live embroidery event cost?

Pricing depends on event duration, guest count, items selected, and travel. On-site events start at $1,000. but smaller events are customizable so don't hesitate to reach out! We provide custom quotes for every event — we'll get back to you within 24 hours!

What items can you customize?

ALMOST ANYTHING! We offer a range of items including tote bags, hand towels, hats, keychains, fitness accessories, and more. You're also welcome to provide your own items - we're happy to discuss what works best for your event during our consultation

Collaborations vs. Partnerships: What’s the Difference?

Both options are designed to elevate your event and drive engagement, but they operate a bit differently.

Collaborations
Collaborations allow us to work side by side while maintaining separate operations. We set up my embroidery booth on-site and offer live embroidery services directly to your customers. There is no cost to your business - customers simply pay for the embroidery themselves.

Partnerships
Partnerships are more integrated. You purchase my embroidery services for a set period of time, and we embroider your products on-site. Many businesses choose to set a minimum purchase amount, then offer complimentary embroidery as a value-added experience. The structure is flexible and can be tailored to your goals.
